2- The technique of distracting from disturbing thoughts
Allocate time to memorize simple verses from the Qur’an, which corresponds to the time when anxiety usually increases, so your preoccupation with memorization will gradually distract attention, and then you can review what you have memorized to combat anxiety as well.

Add praise to the breathing exercise that you practice. With every inhalation and exhalation, you can repeat praise that brings peace to your soul. Breathing is deep and slow until it gives the desired result.
